Should Spurs fail to obtain a top 4 place this season they could offer Chelsea stopper Petr Cech a deal in the summer.
Hugo Lloris despite signing a new deal would be tough to hang onto in the summer should there be no Champions League football on the cards yet again.
Petr Cech is now second choice for the first time in 10 years at Chelsea following the impressive Thibaut Courtois emerging as the new number one after an impressive loan spell at La Liga side Atletico Madrid which saw him win the league and reach the Champions League final.
Due to Courtois being almost 10 years junior to Petr Cech is seems as though Chelsea see it as a much better idea to hold onto the younger keeper and allow Cech to move on.
Cech will not be short of offers in the transfer windows but Spurs will be one of the clubs bidding for his signature despite having Vorm ready to fill the boots of Hugo Lloris.
