The last couple of months, the media have bombed us with facts and fiction, regarding the transfer of our precious Gareth Bale.

But can we believe everything the media tells us?

At the end of the season, Bale expressed so much love towards THFC; Our supporters, my family development i London, my superstar status, and how A.V.B made me a better football player, by helping me enjoy my football.

So many times the last weeks, the media have spread so many lies about his statements. Nobody really knew what was going on, regarding his transfer

When it comes to Tottenhams economy, it’s not like we HAVE to sell him!? Of course i’m thinking of balancing the books. With our new summer signings, here are some number below, to prove my point…

Spurs got a £50m loan from Joe Lewis. We have sold players for £23.3m, and bought for £87m ( Before a potential Vlad Chiriches deal ). We have also let players go, to save wages. All in all , Spurs also had a nice looking bank account from earlier years.

My obvious point is that, if Mr.Levy really wants to keep Gareth ( For more reasons ,than only being one hell of a player ) this could really work. How much has this juvenile and attention seeking media brainwashed us? The only thing i can say is ; Lets see how our squad looks , after deadline day passes.

It wouldn’t surprise me if our #11 Bale, is still in our squad by September 3rd.

You really think Levy wants to wait 4 years, for his Bale money? But it’s not impossible, that there are other offers too…

In Daniel Levy We Trust!

Good Afternoon Sports Fans!

It seems sky sources have told us that Modric has confirmed he wants to leave Spurs, during crunch talks that didn’t actually happen as he is still on holiday. Hmmm. So are Sky leading the way for the ‘lets sell Tottenham’s players on their behalf’ party? Bale has reportedly declared he wants to go to Citeh, which I don’t see happening.

Surely with Tevez declaring he wants to leave Citeh, the top 4 is all for the taking, as without the Argentine, City are but a fraction of the force they are with him. L’arse seem poised to sell their best players in Fabregas and Nasri whilst Chelsea are still rueing being conned £50mil for Torres.

The end is not nigh, the future is not so dark. If we can convince Modders and Bale that we are genuine contenders and can reinforce that with 1 or 2 top quality signings, then we have a good, nay, an excellent chance of finishing top 4 again, and like our Super Pav suggested this week, we could even come 3rd.

I’m not saying it’s going to be easy. Europa League is a huge drain on players but if we play it right and reinforce where necessary with quality, then we have a very real chance of another Champions league place.

We also need to shape up our mentality against ‘weaker’ opponents’ The dreadful loss of points from games against sides in the bottom 5 cost us not only a top 4 spot, but if you look at the amount of points we actually lost…potentially the championship.

So, top quality signings, retain our best, and shape up our mentality. The chances of this actually happening…about the same as winning a marathon blindfolded; Possible…but I can’t see it happening.

Gareth Bale has spoken of his praise for Harry and the Tottenham team for last seasons efforts. Bale said he couldn’t wait for the new season to start when Tottenham face Manchester City who will be hungry for revenge.

Bale can afford an even bigger smile now as Pav maybe staying

Bale, 20, said: “That defeat against Portsmouth hurt so much and we were obviously down after it.

“But we used it to give ourselves a kick up the backside. The manager made us realise we couldn’t let it affect us in a negative way.

“Rather than mope and feel sorry for ourselves, we used it in a positive way and managed to get to fourth in the table – which was unbelievable for the club and the fans.”

“Champions League football is what you have to aim for at a club like this.

“But that doesn’t mean we can sit back and reflect on the achievement.

“Now we must take our football to the next level and that is the task ahead for us in the new season.

“I can’t wait – and obviously Manchester City at home in our first game is a great fixture given the tussle we had with them last season for fourth.”

Boom Boom Boom let me hear you say Bale……

You’ve got to admire Gaeth Bale for his amazing end to last season, it’s a scary thought but if you think about it logically, it wasn’t down to Harry seeing the boy had potential it was just fate that BAE got injured so Bale got his chance, if that hadn’t happend then Bale would probably have been sold this summer, scary thought hey?

From one player to the next, Roman Pavlyuchenko’s agent has claimed the 28 year old striker will be staying at Spurs, at least for now. His agent Oleg Artemov said  “Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is not going to let Roman leave, he is necessary for Harry Redknapp. With Tottenham about to make their debut in the Champions League it would seem Redknapp wants as many options up front as possible and Pavlyuchenko does not want to miss the opportunity.

“Roman himself does not want to leave England but, if that does happen, he will return to a Russian club.

“We have noted information appeared regarding the possible departure of the striker. Among contenders were Sporting Lisbon and Spartak Moscow.

“But I did not see any movement from Spartak – there were no specifics.

“Interest from both Zenit and Lokomotiv, as was reported in Britain, was nothing.”

Again this in my view is good news, I think Pav has done enough to prove he is worth holding onto for another season, he scored a good brace agaisnt Bournemouth in a friendly and with Robbie Keane destined to leave is it really wise to sell Pav too?

Nice bit of positive news this fine Sunday morning, Bale is happy, Pav might be staying, so guess what? I am happy just like Bale.
