TT can now exclusively reveal the fixtures for Group A of the Champions involving Spurs. One has to say the order of play has not been unkind to Tottenham starting with an away fixture to Werder Bremen followed by an evening with Twente at White Hart Lane. Then its away and home to Milan and by that time we should know exactly what we have to do to qualify. Bremen at home and Twente away will be pivotal games for us and I’m confident we have enough in the locker to do it.

  1. Good man, cheers

  2. that cant be right! Spurs play the first 2 game, away. on the trot

  3. oops, sorry miss read it. up the spurs

  4. We’ve got a great chance I reckon, were bound to be underdogs, but any result against Inter and win our home matches we will surely have the confidence to beat Twente away? On a different note, what’s peoples opinion on the final days of the transfer Market….stick or twist??

  5. Can anyone explain how the hell Spurs were forced into Group A when there were spots available in 3 other groups. My guess is that they couldn’t match the fixtures for an English team with the other groups, but i’m not really sure ?!?

  6. Technically I heard it on spurs-web first! They beat you to it by about 5 minutes. Who cares COYS

  7. As there were three German teams in the draw the top two German teams, Schalke and Bayern Munich had to be on opposite sides of the draw. Bayern were in Group E so Schalke could not go in E, F, G or H. Then when Spurs were drawn, D was filled already with Copenhagen, and Schalke couldn’t go in A because Werder Bremen were already there. Spurs couldn’t go in C because Man Utd were there so the only place left for Spurs was group A.

  8. Actually Danny I had the info but for purely selfish reasons (like booking the cheapest seats to Milan) I was unavoidably delayed in posting the blog, soz and all that but club comes first, know wot I mean? 😉

  9. Can’t wait.Just when you thought you were safe Rafa,we’re coming for you.
