An interesting transfer rumor has been popping up today with Blackpool and England under 21 player Tom Ince being linked to a possible move to White Hart Lane. The Blackpool player is highly rated and has been attracting a lot of attention from bigger teams. Although all the interest has been in striker speculation, it is possible that Villas-Boas will look to add to his mid-field as well.

Of course no transfer news is complete with at least one striker being reportedly pursued by Tottanham. This time its Brazillian Luiz Gustavo who is in the spotlight. Tottenham are reportedly willing to buy out his current contract for 20 milli0n pounds. Arsenal was very interested in signing Luiz over the summer, so it will be all the more sweeter if he decides to shift base to White Hart Lane.

In sombre news, there is still no rumor, story or even a flight of someones fancy of Adebayor moving anywhere away from Tottenham.

  4. How can anyone take you seriously about the Ince story when you cant get the position of Gustavo correct. This is a terrible error. Where is the link indicating Ince and Spurs. This column is probably the worst I have ever seen.
On another note, it is still beyond me why this idiot AVB is not playing Adebayor. This is ridiculous now.

  5. Adebayor is injured moron..

  6. Cant see why we would need another winger or DM when we’re overflowing in these positions already, cant see either of these or any new transfers this January bar maybe a LB.. I have complete faith in our three strikers and believe we are yet to see the best of any of them so far this season, everywhere else we are strong and I predict stronger performances after Christmas as we’re starting to gel nicely
