West Ham are reportedly looking to strengthen their midfield in January and Big Sam has identified his target.
Moussa Dembele is the man on Big Sam’s list, West Ham will be monitoring the situation but Dembele doesn’t seem to be first choice in midfield at Spurs anymore. Dembele was the man signed to replace Luka Modric but things have slowly got worse for the Belgian at Tottenham, to the point now where he finds himself on the bench most of the time.
It’s unsure whether Spurs would be willing to sell Dembele to West Ham or if he is still very much in their plans, if not then The Hammers could secure a loan deal until the end of the season.
Spurs would not accept less than £10m for Dembele, a player they paid £15m for just 2 years ago, a player who was so prominent at Fulham but has been a shadow of that figure at Spurs.
